**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana for a Senior Python Developer focused on LLM Agent Frameworks. The role involves the design, development, and optimization of advanced Python-based applications using frameworks such as FastAPI and Django. The developer will also work on integrating and fine-tuning LLM APIs (e.g. OpenAI and Anthropic), creating effective prompt engineering and output parsing solutions, and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Additionally, the role includes hands-on development with agent frameworks, including LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, and LangGraph, to create cutting-edge AI-driven solutions.

**Qualifications**

- Strong expertise in Python programming, modern frameworks (FastAPI, Django), and asynchronous programming with AsyncIO.
- Experience in LLM integration, including working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), prompt engineering, output parsing, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Proficient in developing applications using agent frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, and LangGraph.
- Skills in back-end web development, software development, and object-oriented programming (OOP).
- Strong knowledge of programming principles and experience working with databases.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively on-site in a collaborative team environment.
- Experience in AI-driven development or relevant certifications is considered a plus.
