Senior Sales Development Representative

I now have an immediate need for an outbound off-shore BDR to join my team. This is a full time, base ($1,250-$2,500) depending on experience + comission position with an OTE of ~$3,500/month. (Uncapped, I would say a realistic max with top 1%, consistent performance would be about $5,000).

This is a remote position, 9-5 M-F EST (US business hours).

I would prefer someone located in the Balkans, but am open to world-wide applicants.

You will be contracted to outreach on TPS' clients' behalf, booking oppourtunities for the clients' sales team, primarily by cold calling, but also by following-up and reaching out via other channels.

Just a bit of a warning, this is not a casual, laid back, work-from home position. The culture I am to build here is serious, tough, but rewarding.

I expect you to be presentable and dressed in Business attire every day.

Hard requirements for the position:

- 4+ years of English cold calling + BDR experience

- Near-Perfect English, ideally with an American Accent

- A hungry person

- Someone who can grind through and perservere though times

Nice-to-haves for the position

- Located in the Balkans

- Closing experience

- More sales experience

- LinkedIn/Email outreach experience
