Job Description:

As a Sales Representative, you will identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, architects, and interior designers. Your key duties will include:

· Identifying potential customers through research and networking activities.

· Scheduling appointments with prospective clients to discuss our products and services.

· Creating client proposals tailored to their needs and our company services.

· Maintaining cooperation with existing clients, architects, and interior designers.

· Meeting personal and team sales goals.

· Organizing and monitoring the realization of concluded deals.

· Sharing information, knowledge, and results with your team in the region.

· Implementing working procedures to streamline sales processes.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a proactive sales role.

· Ideally, knowledge of the local real estate market.

· Interest in business interior design.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Fluency in Albanian and proficiency in English.
