**Senior Software Engineer — Rozafa Consulting**

Rozafa Consulting is growing fast, and we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who loves building high-impact platforms, solving complex problems, and working with modern technologies and AI-powered development tools.

**Your responsibilities include:**

- Building and scaling backend services and APIs
- Developing modern web and mobile applications
- Designing system architecture and leading technical decisions
- Deploying and managing cloud infrastructure on AWS
- Integrating AI/LLM capabilities into products and internal workflows
- Leveraging AI coding assistants to ship faster without compromising quality
- Improving performance, reliability, and security
- Collaborating with product, design, and management teams

**We're looking for experience with most of the following:**

- Node.js
- TypeScript
- PostgreSQL
- MongoDB
- Redis
- REST APIs
- System design
- React.js
- Next.js
- React Native
- AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, Cognito, CloudFront, API Gateway)
- Docker & Docker Compose
- GitHub Actions CI/CD
- AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar
- LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and prompt engineering fundamentals

**Responsibilities**

- Lead feature development and technical planning
- Write clean, scalable, maintainable code
- Use AI tools effectively to accelerate development, code review, and debugging
- Mentor junior developers, including on best practices for AI-assisted workflows
- Analyze and solve complex technical problems
- Deploy and maintain applications on AWS
- Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions
- Maintain high standards of performance and security

**Requirements**

- 4+ years of experience in software development
- Strong knowledge of Node.js & modern JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with React and Next.js
- Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and MongoDB
- Hands-on experience with AWS deployment workflows
- Practical experience using AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.) as part of a daily development workflow
- Familiarity with integrating LLM APIs into production applications is a strong plus
- Strong debugging/problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
- Good communication skills
