Senior Unity Developer

***This is you***

- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Game Development, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of Unity development with shipped projects (games, simulations, or enterprise apps)
- Expert in C# and Unity (2D/3D, physics, rendering, asset & scene management)
- Experience with multiplayer systems and backend integration (e.g., Nakama, REST/WebSocket/gRPC)
- Strong in performance optimization, debugging, and system architecture
- Solid problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills

Nice-to-have skills:



- Experience mentoring or technically guiding other developers
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for Unity projects
- Experience with embedded or IoT device integration
- Knowledge of shader programming (HLSL/ShaderLab) and URP
- Experience with state machine architectures in complex applications
- Contributions to shipped enterprise or simulation products

***This is your role***
Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance Unity applications, owning core modules from concept to production. Drive architectural decisions with a focus on performance, maintainability, and quality, while optimizing across rendering, memory, and runtime efficiency for multi-platform environments. Integrate APIs, backend systems, and real-time multiplayer features, ensuring robust and resilient networking. Act as a technical leader—mentoring developers, guiding best practices, and contributing to the technical roadmap through continuous innovation and cross-functional collaboration.
