**Qualifications and Skills:**
✅ Proven experience in a technical support or service delivery role
💻 Demonstrated experience with at least two programming languages (JavaScript, C#, Java or others)
🛡️ Proven experience and understanding of ITSM and GRC
🔄 Thorough understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies
🗣️ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
🌍 Fluent English at a minimum B2 level – both written and spoken
Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service and resolving issues efficiently
⚡ Focus on streamlining operations to improve speed or efficiency or provide a better experience for the user or customer
