Software Tester

**About the role**

We're looking for a hands-on Software Tester who understands that great quality comes from both sharp manual testing instincts and solid automation skills. You'll be someone who knows when to explore a feature with curiosity and when to build a test that runs itself, and can do both well.

**What you'll do**

- Design and execute manual test cases covering functional testing, regression testing, smoke testing, and more across multiple release cycles
- Explore new features through hands-on testing, catching edge cases and UX issues that automated scripts can't always surface
- Run pre-deployment smoke tests and sign off on releases with confidence
- Write and maintain automated tests for our web application using Playwright (TypeScript)
- Build and maintain mobile automation tests using Maestro (Android)
- Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps
- Collaborate with developers and product to understand features and define acceptance criteria
- Help decide what to automate, what to test manually, and why, contributing to a smart, sustainable QA strategy

**What we're looking for**

- Solid experience in software testing with a strong understanding of different testing types and when to apply them
- Own both manual and automated testing
- Hands-on experience with Playwright for web automation and TypeScript
- Experience with mobile test automation, Maestro knowledge is a big plus
- Android and iOS testing experience
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and where testing fits in the deployment flow
- A detail-oriented mindset and genuine passion for quality
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
