Startup Ecosystem Coordinator

Keiretsu Forum Southeast Europe is hiring a full time team member in Tirana for a role at the intersection of startups, investors, partnerships, and execution.

*This is not a passive support role.*
It is for someone who is highly organized, fast, responsive, and takes real ownership. Someone who follows up without being chased. Someone who can keep multiple moving parts under control and make sure important things do not fall through the cracks.

**Bring order to execution**

Own day to day operational follow through, keep priorities moving, and help ensure that conversations, meetings, and commitments turn into real next steps.

**Support high quality opportunities**

Contribute to project development, partner deliverables, applications, and other strategic materials with clear thinking, strong writing, and attention to detail, especially in the context of EU funded opportunities.

**Work across a serious regional platform**

Coordinate with founders, investors, institutions, and international partners across a cross border angel investment and innovation platform active in Southeast Europe and the Western Balkans.

**Operate with pace, judgment, and reliability**

Handle multiple moving parts at once, stay calm when priorities shift, and help keep important processes organized and on track.

You will be stepping into the middle of real ecosystem building work. As part of Keiretsu Forum Southeast Europe, you will get direct exposure to founders, investors, institutions, and international partners, as well as the practical work of building cross border investment and innovation activity in the region.

This role is for someone who wants responsibility, not comfort.

We are looking for someone who is exceptionally strong in English, structured in the way they think, reliable in the way they work, and genuinely interested in startups, investment, innovation, and cross border collaboration.

Previous exposure to EU funded projects, proposal development, startup operations, or writing strong applications and partner deliverables would be a major plus.

**Minimum Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of experience in above related fields
- Excel in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
- Previous experience in high-touch client service is a plus
- Proven experience with events coordination is a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and shift priorities quickly as needs evolve
- Proactive and solutions-oriented, with the ability to anticipate needs and address potential issues before they arise.
- Stays calm and levelheaded under pressure
- Hands on experience using Google Workspace
- Focused on continuous learning and a growth mindset
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a focus on detail and executive presence
- Ability to travel to Western Balkans based events as needed
- Low ego, high empathy, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
