**Job Description:**

- Welcoming arriving passengers and ensuring smooth coordination between flight crew, ground handling agent, catering, cleaning services, air traffic control, customs, and immigration authorities.
- Preparing, checking, and completing all required flight documentation accurately and on time.
- Placing and following up daily catering orders and maintaining comprehensive flight records.
- Handling post-flight documentation, filing procedures, and conducting basic statistical analysis of flight coupons.
- Coordinating with the handling agent in cases of lost or delayed baggage and ensuring timely delivery to passengers.
- Managing compensation processes related to baggage irregularities when required

**Desired Skills & Experience:**

- Bachelor’s degree or at least high school graduation.
- Permanent resident permit in Albania (work permits are not provided by the company).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in civil aviation or tourism.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in time-critical situations.
- Excellent English speaking and writing and proficiency in Albanian language.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including night shifts.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when necessary.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High sense of responsibility with sound decision-making abilities.
