**Role Description**

As a Structural Engineer at Emante sh.p.k., you will be responsible for performing structural analyses and calculations, ensuring the integrity and safety of constructions incorporating sandwich panel products. You will contribute to the development and design of structural solutions, work on civil engineering projects, and utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software for creating detailed technical drawings. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vore, Albania, where you will collaborate with a team to meet project objectives and timelines.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Interpretation and implementation of approved project designs
- Preparation and adaptation of projects according to client requirements
- Preparation of production plans and monitoring their execution
- Technical supervision during production processes
- Close collaboration with the production team, engineers, and architects
- Optimization of structures for serial production
- Product standardization and continuous improvement
- Preparation of documentation, reports, and monthly statistics
- Ensuring compliance with technical and quality standards

Qualifications & Requirements

- Degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering
- 3–5 years of experience in the construction industry: metal structures, industrial manufacturing / metal fabrication, modular buildings, or prefabricated systems (considered an advantage)
- Very good knowledge of English
- Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Navision, Microsoft Excel, and MS Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a team and in a production environment
- Quality- and efficiency-oriented mindset
