**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site Structural Engineer role based in Tirana. The Structural Engineer will perform structural analysis and calculations for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Responsibilities include designing and reviewing structural systems, collaborating with architects and construction teams, and leveraging Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for project planning. The role also involves ensuring compliance with local building codes, preparing technical reports, and evaluating materials for construction projects.

**Qualifications**

- Proficient in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering principles.
- Skilled in Structural Analysis and performing accurate engineering calculations.
- Experienced in using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for structural designs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
- Previous hands-on experience in managing engineering projects is an asset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work in a team-oriented environment.
