**Responsibilities**
- Support the Supervisor and perform management duties in the absence of the responsible manager
- Motivate and support team members by communicating objectives and identifying areas for further training or skills monitoring
- Respond to team questions on both operational and non-operational matters, assist with critical issues, and supervise work in terms of efficiency, quality, and compliance with guidelines
- Communicate deadlines and group productivity targets
- Monitor and manage performance to ensure KPI targets are achieved
- Produce and share complete and detailed reports on team performance
- Manage escalations related to special requests or project-specific issues
- Resolve team-related problems or conflicts quickly and effectively
**Requirements**
- At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader or in a similar role
- Strong results-oriented mindset
- Fluent written and spoken
**German and Italian**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of tools such as Google Meet, Zoom, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- University degree preferred but not mandatory
- Full-time availability and flexibility to work shifts
- **On-site work required**
