**Purpose / Summary**

As a
**Technical Product Manager for Film & Paper Capacitors**
, you will be responsible for cost engineering analyses, maintaining cross-reference tables, and executing additional product management activities as required. The role demands strong analytical skills, effective communication, and technical curiosity, along with the ability to collaborate across functions. Over time, you will develop the capability to independently manage complex technical and commercial inquiries while contributing to the continuous improvement of product management practices and customer engagement processes across the YAGEO Group

**Key Responsibilities**

- Lead and drive discussion with R&D on technical questions from the field
- Work with operations on technical subjects
- Cost engineering analysis
- Cross reference table maintenance
- Other duties related to Product Management based on the request

**Required Qualifications**

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Minimum experience of 3 years in sales or/and strong technical background is an advantage.
- Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and advanced knowledge of Excel, knowledge of Business Object is an advantage.
- Analytical and computing skills to extract data from the various systems and transform the data into meaningful reports for consumption at various levels of the organization.
- Excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills, and ability to multi-task and handle projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and to build effective business relationships.
- Personal skills and competences: Accurate, Honest, independent, Organized, Responsible, Written and verbal communication, Time management (organization);
- Technical skills and competences: Oracle, Lotus, ETBF, Writing procedures, Knowledge transfer, Commercial awareness.
- Organizational skills and competences: Planning, Organizing the work, motivating others, Team building and teamwork, Communication and managing conflicts, Project management, Problem solving, Making decisions.
