**The Role**
We're looking for a Technical Support Expert who genuinely enjoys solving hard problems and talking to people. You'll be the first line of defence for our merchants — digging into platform issues, untangling integrations, and making sure things get resolved properly the first time. This isn't a script-and-escalate role. We want someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and actually cares about the outcome.
You'll be based onsite in Bitola, North Macedonia, working alongside a close-knit team across Europe daily.
**What you'll do**
- Be the primary technical contact for merchants — own issues end-to-end and see them through to resolution
- Monitor ticket queues and handle incoming requests in line with SLAs and KPIs
- Support system and provider integrations in a fast-moving payments environment
- Work closely with internal teams across Europe to deliver seamless merchant experiences
- Handle escalations with composure, clear communication, and a genuine drive to fix things
**What we're looking for**
- Proven experience in a client-facing technical support role
- Strong troubleshooting instincts — you dig in, you don't give up
- Excellent English, written and verbal
- A social, collaborative personality — someone colleagues and merchants alike enjoy working with
- Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work onsite in Bitola, North Macedonia
- Tech curiosity is a must; Java, SQL, or HTML/CSS, and other programming experience is a bonus
- Familiarity with payments or fintech is a plus — but we can teach the payments part if the rest fits
