**We’re Hiring: Junior Civil Engineer / Junior Architect**

**We are looking for a Junior Civil Engineer or Junior Architect to join our manufacturing company operating in the wood production sector, working with international clients.**

**Location: Tirana (on-site)**

Employment type: Full-time

Contract: Permanent

**Main Responsibilities:**

- Support technical and design activities related to external production projects
- Collaborate with production, technical, and project teams to ensure accurate execution of designs
- Assist in the preparation and review of technical drawings, layouts, and project documentation
- Interface with international clients to support technical requirements and project specifications
- Ensure alignment between design solutions, production processes, and client standards
- Support quality control and compliance with technical and production requirements
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of technical workflows and documentation

**Requirements:**

- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Architecture
- (recent graduates or candidates close to graduation are welcome)
- Strong interest in technical, production, and design processes
- Willingness to learn and grow in a structured industrial environment
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Team oriented mindset

**★ Preferred (not mandatory):**

- Knowledge of Revit
- Knowledge of Italian language
- Previous exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments
