**Trade Management (AP) Specialist**
, where you handle customer claims for a global electronics leader. You'll ensure claim accuracy, validate invoices and debit notes, and collaborate with regional finance teams-delivering reliable outcomes without sacrificing balance outside work.

**Your Day-to-Day Impact**

- Process and validate customer claims based on defined claim weights and guidelines
- Perform accuracy checks, including promotion corrections, SPGM reason codes, and tax code validation
- Review and verify debit notes and supporting documentation
- Handle invoice rejections due to incorrect or incomplete information
- Maintain daily working files, claim trackers, and documentation
- Prepare monthly performance and audit-accuracy reports
- Coordinate with Germany AR, OBS, and finance stakeholders
- Escalate exception cases such as mismatched claims or re-invoicing needs

**What You Bring**

- **3-5 years of relevant experience**
- **German language proficiency**
at B2 level or higher
- **Fluency in English**
- Strong Excel and data-handling skills
- Experience in
**transaction management, claims processing, finance operations, or administrative roles**
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally

Employment type: Full time

Shift: Day shift (standard hours aligned with Macedonia - 9AM to 5PM; same time zone as Germany)

Work setup: Onsite, Skopje
