**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site Training and Development Intern role located in Tirana, Albania. The intern will assist in designing and delivering training programs, developing educational materials, and supporting the implementation of professional development initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting research on training needs, collaborating with team members on instructional design, and evaluating training outcomes to measure effectiveness. The role will focus on strengthening the learning and development framework within the organization.

**Qualifications**

- Proficiency in Training and Development, and Training program execution
- Strong Communication skills to effectively deliver and facilitate training sessions
- Knowledge of Instructional Design and Curriculum Development
- Ability to analyze training needs and create impactful, engaging content
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with eLearning platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field (or in pursuit of one)
- Previous internship or academic project experience in training or HR is a plus
