We are looking for


We are looking for new
**travel agents**
with experience in Travel Industry and customer care that have the ability to solve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience.


Your role in BizAway



- Made a reservation for our Client through the Platform and using our Provider
- Responding to our Client’s requests through phone, chat, mail, and travel request through our platform
- Entering customer information in our system to issue reservations or update the booking
- Explaining rules and procedures to use our service in the Platform
- Explaining rules of service (hotel, car, train, etc.)

**Your Basic Qualifications**

- At least 2 years of previous experience in the Travel Industry
- Basic knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Saibour) or previous experience in a local travel agency
- Excellent knowledge, both written and spoken of the Italian AND English
- Availability to work in shifts with rotation (also night shift from 22 to 7 in morning)
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must pass pre-employment skills testing and background check

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies
