UI/UX Designer Needed for SaaS Platform Redesign (Fast-Paced Project)

We’re looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to lead the redesign of a large-scale business software platform within a fast-paced timeline.

Our current system is highly functional but feels outdated and overly complex (Excel-style). The goal is to transform it into a modern, clean, and intuitive SaaS product—while preserving its powerful capabilities.

**Key Requirement: Speed + Quality**

This is a substantial platform with many screens and workflows, so we need someone who can move quickly without compromising design quality.

• Experience with SaaS or business software redesigns

• Strong portfolio with modern UI/UX work

• Proficiency in Figma

• Understanding of HTML/CSS, responsive design, and basic JavaScript

Experience using AI-assisted design tools to accelerate workflow (e.g. V0, Relume, Galileo, Uizard, etc.) is highly desirable.

**What You’ll Do**

Audit the existing platform to identify UX issues and improvement opportunities

Redesign core areas:

Dashboards

Data-heavy tables/grids

Navigation & layouts

Key workflows (job → report → invoice)

Simplify complex user journeys into intuitive flows

Create high-quality designs in Figma (optionally prototypes)

Define a scalable design system (components, spacing, typography)

Work closely with developers (Kendo UI / ASP.NET) to ensure designs are practical and buildable

**What We’re Looking For**

Proven experience redesigning SaaS / enterprise / business software

Strong portfolio with modern, clean, data-heavy interfaces

Ability to simplify complex workflows

Advanced Figma skills

Understanding of tables, forms, and workflow-heavy UX

Solid grasp of responsive design and front-end constraints

CRM systems
