**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are an ambitious software studio based in Skopje, building high-performance hyper-casual mobile games for the global market. We don't just write code; we create addictive experiences that reach millions. We are looking for a
**Unity Developer**
who is a "full-cycle" expert—someone who can take a game from a blank canvas to a top-charting product on the App Store and Google Play.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**

- **Unity Mastery:**
Strong proficiency in Unity Engine and C# with a focus on mobile performance.
- **Full Lifecycle Expertise:**
A deep understanding of the end-to-end development process—from initial prototyping and physics implementation to final store submission.
- **Ad & SDK Integration:**
Proven experience integrating
**Ad Mediation**
(AppLovin MAX, IronSource, or Unity LevelPlay) and implementing
**Analytic SDKs**
(GameAnalytics, Adjust, or AppsFlyer).
- **Physics & Juice:**
Ability to create "satisfying" game mechanics using Unity Physics, Particle Systems, and VFX to ensure that "hit feeling."
- **Modern Workflow:**
Proficiency in using AI-assisted tools (
**Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot**
) to accelerate prototyping and optimize code.
- **Optimization:**
Strong eye for performance optimization (draw calls, memory management) to ensure games run smoothly on low-end devices.
- **Portfolio:**
A track record of launching and managing at least one mobile game that includes integrated ads and in-app purchases.
