**Role Overview**

We are looking for a talented
**UX/UI Designer**
to design intuitive, consistent, and accessible user experiences for web portals and mobile applications. The role involves close collaboration with technical teams to ensure high-quality, user-centered, and accessibility-compliant digital products from concept through implementation.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Design and deliver
**UX artifacts**
, including user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and usability validation results.
- Create
**UI deliverables**
, such as visual designs, reusable components, and design system guidelines.
- Ensure
**accessibility-by-design**
, aligning all UX/UI outputs with
**WCAG**
standards and
**IAAP**
principles.
- Collaborate closely with
**Tech Leads and Developers**
to ensure accurate and high-quality design implementation.
- Contribute to and maintain
**design systems**
, ensuring visual and functional consistency across platforms.
- Provide
**developer-ready specifications**
, assets, and acceptance criteria to support implementation.
- Support continuous improvement of usability, accessibility, and visual quality across digital products

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

- Strong hands-on experience with
**UX/UI design tools**
, such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
- Solid knowledge of
**responsive and mobile-first design**
principles.
- Proven experience working with
**design systems**
, including tokens, components, and style guides.
- Good understanding of
**accessibility design**
, including color contrast, typography, navigation patterns, and keyboard-first interactions.
- Ability to translate design concepts into
**clear, implementable specifications**
for development teams.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.

**Certifications**

- **UX Certification**
: Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification or Google UX Design Certificate.
- **UI / Visual Design Certification**
: Adobe Certified Expert or Google UX Design Certificate.
- **Accessibility Certification**
: IAAP certification (e.g., CPACC) – mandatory or strongly preferred.
