The Austrian Development Agency (ADA), delegated by the European Union (EU), leads the EU4Rivers project to improve the quality of water bodies in Albania. With a project budget of 10.3 million and a timeline of 60 months, the project focuses on strengthening water and marine resources management in line with EU standards.


For the implementation of the EU4Rivers project, ADA is seeking a qualified and experienced full-time Procurement and Compliance Officer to support the smooth implementation, focusing on enhancing water quality and aligning Albania's water practices with EU standards. He/She will be employed full-time and will provide support with all procurement planning, documentation, processes for services, works, as well as supplies as foreseen by the project, by ensuring compliance with EU and ADA regulations, including the Project Implementation Directive (PID).
