Vendor Analyst

We are a fast-growing company looking for a Vendor Management Analyst to join our team. Whether you’re just starting out (Junior Analyst) or already have a couple of years of experience (Analyst), you’ll help our clients understand and optimize their software and IT vendor relationships.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Support or lead (depending on experience) international projects in vendor management and IT asset oversight.
- Gather and analyze data on clients’ IT environments and contracts.
- Advise clients on vendor selection, new software, and upgrades.
- Help develop and implement efficient, transparent vendor management processes.
- Work cross-functionally with a talented, supportive team.

**What We’re Looking For:**

- Degree in Financial Management, Data Analytics, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- Strong analytical and communication skills; able to explain complex ideas simply.
- Team players who are eager to learn, solve problems, and deliver results.
- Fluent English.
- For Analyst: 2+ years’ experience in vendor management/IT asset management is a plus.
- Interest or experience in software licensing and ITIL is a bonus.
