Join Our Growing Team at UTDS Optimal Choice – Web Designer / Front-End Developer (Full-Time, Office-Based in Tirana)

UTDS Optimal Choice is a growing digital agency based in the heart of Tirana, working with international clients on web, advertising, and digital growth projects. We are now looking for a creative, detail-oriented Web Designer / Front-End Developer to join our ambitious team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong design and front-end skills who wants to build high-quality websites, collaborate on digital projects, and contribute to the visual and technical growth of our clients’ online presence. You’ll work closely with our team on website creation, UI design, and front-end refinement.

What We’re Looking For:

•⁠ ⁠Solid experience with Figma for UI/UX design

•⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of WordPress (Elementor Pro required)

•⁠ ⁠Proficient in CSS with a good understanding of responsive design

•⁠ ⁠Good eye for layout, typography, and clean visual design

•⁠ ⁠Ability to translate design concepts into functional web pages

•⁠ ⁠Basic familiarity with Canva is a plus

•⁠ ⁠Proactive mindset and willingness to solve problems independently

•⁠ ⁠English language fluency at C1 level or above

What You’ll Do:

•⁠ ⁠Create website layouts, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma

•⁠ ⁠Design and build WordPress websites using Elementor Pro

•⁠ ⁠Implement clean, responsive front-end interfaces using CSS

•⁠ ⁠Maintain and update existing websites to improve performance and design

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with the team to enhance user experience and overall website quality

•⁠ ⁠Take ownership of web design tasks and contribute creative solutions
