Website & Digital Product Development Internship (On-Site)

Help Build Our Website and Shape the Next Generation of Digital Tools

We are seeking a Website & Digital Product Intern who is excited about design, user experience, and bringing ideas to life. You’ll support our website redevelopment, contribute to content creation, and assist in early research for a potential new digital product.

What You Will Work On

 • Assisting with the redesign and development of our company website, including drafting content and proposing new project ideas to implement

 • Working on site structure, layout, visuals, and user-centric content improvements

 • Maintaining the website backend and publishing new job postings as they come in

 • Researching user needs, competitor websites, and industry UX best practices

 • Helping define how a new digital product could solve real recruitment challenges by conducting structured research

 • Bringing fresh ideas and concept proposals that contribute to our long-term digital roadmap

What We’re Looking For

 • Students in digital design, web development, computer science, or product design

 • Genuine interest in UI/UX, website creation, and digital experiences

 • Experience with Figma, Webflow, WordPress, or similar tools is a plus

 • Strong analytical and creative thinking skills

 • Ability to turn ideas into clear, structured deliverables
