Worship Ministry Assistant

With direction from the Lead Pastor and Worship Pastor, the Worship Ministry Assistant will provide support for the overall worship experience of First Baptist. Specific support includes secretarial functions; scheduling of technical teams; production of audio/visual resources in support of worship; communication with choirs, ensembles, etc.; and assistance in varied internal and external worship events. The Worship Ministry Assistant should possess skills in learning varied software applications; interpersonal relationships; organization and scheduling; basic office proficiencies; and the ability to manage/produce multiple projects at once. Membership in First Baptist is preferred, but Christian character based in a disciple’s heart is a necessity.
