Job Overview As the assistant to the company's head, you will play a crucial role in coordinating relationships between the company and key local institutions, including banks and tax authorities, ensuring the smooth operation of all external affairs. Furthermore, you will provide cross-language communication support, facilitating effective communication within the company and with external partners.
Main Responsibilities
- Liaise with government agencies such as banks and tax authorities;
- Responsible for the translation of internal and external communications , ensuring the accuracy of information;
- Assist in organizing meetings, arranging business trips, and handling daily administrative tasks, ensuring the team operates efficiently and smoothly.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing), able to communicate effectively and accurately translate professional documents.
- Prior experience in betting, web3, payment, or banking is preferred.
