**Responsibilities**
- Create high-quality 3D models for games, product visualization, AR/VR, and real-time applications.
- Perform UV unwrapping and layout for game-ready and production assets.
- Texture assets using Photoshop and other industry-standard tools.
- Build environment assets and props that meet technical and artistic requirements.
- Work within established game/real-time or production pipelines to deliver assets on time and to spec.
- Collaborate with art directors, engineers, and other artists to maintain visual consistency across projects.
- Optimize assets for performance without sacrificing visual quality.
- Participate in art reviews and incorporate feedback constructively.
- Contribute to pipeline improvements and internal tooling where applicable.
**Requirements**
- Strong skills in Autodesk Maya.
- 3D modeling proficiency — hard-surface and basic organic forms.
- UV unwrapping and layout for production and real-time assets.
- Texturing experience using Photoshop and/or similar tools.
- Experience creating environment assets for games or visualization.
- Solid understanding of game/real-time or production pipelines.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating range and quality of 3D work.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a genuine passion for 3D art and visual quality.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of PBR (Physically Based Rendering) workflows.
- Experience with Substance Painter and/or Substance Designer.
- Basic lighting and rendering skills.
- Familiarity with engine integration in Unity or Unreal Engine.
- Good eye for composition, scale, and visual storytelling.
- Experience with ZBrush or other sculpting tools.
- Familiarity with 3ds Max or Blender as secondary DCC tools.
