Our brand portfolio is growing fast, and we are looking for a commercially minded Account Manager to join our Skopje office and help drive that growth. This is a role for someone who enjoys building relationships, negotiating deals, and turning performance data into revenue results. **What You Will Do** - Build and manage direct relationships with affiliate partners. - Negotiate and optimize commission structures (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, Investments). - Drive partner retention and identify new growth opportunities. - Analyze performance metrics to inform decisions and hit targets. - Execute the quarterly plan and contribute to team and individual KPIs. - Collaborate with management on project timelines, results, and reporting. **What You Should Bring** - 1 to 3 years in sales, account management, or affiliate marketing. - iGaming or affiliate industry experience is a strong advantage. - Confident negotiator with a results-driven, data-comfortable mindset. - Structured, detail-oriented, and a genuine team player. - Fluent English (our primary working language). - Comfortable with Google Suite and CRM tools, and quick to learn new systems. - BA/BS in Marketing, e-Business, or a related field preferred. - Available for occasional travel to industry events and conferences. **What We Offer** - Possibility for personal and professional growth within a stable environment with ongoing training and support. - Hybrid work model with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office. - Open-door policy to all levels of management. - Modern office in Park Residence, Skopje. - Group accident insurance (after 1 month). - FitKit membership for gyms and wellness facilities (after 1 month). - Private health insurance (after 6 months). - Regular team events, team building, and international business conferences. - Subsidized meal program and on-site parking. - Free coffee, drinks, snacks, and fresh fruit in the office. **How to Apply** Send your CV in English to career\_mk@vitamediagroup.com with the subject line "Account Manager".
