This role is responsible for planning, creating, and managing social media campaigns across multiple platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, coordinating with designers and copywriters, publishing posts, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns based on data insights. The Social Media Marketing Manager will engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and maintain a consistent brand voice. The role also involves collaborating with the broader marketing team to align social media efforts with overall digital marketing and business objectives. **Qualifications** - Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with hands-on experience managing brand accounts. - Candidates should possess solid Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and community engagement capabilities. - Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and adapt content to different platforms and audiences. - Candidates should possess Digital Marketing skills, including understanding of campaign analytics, audience targeting, and performance optimization. - Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, TikTok, Hootsuite, or similar) is beneficial. - Proven ability to analyze data, generate insights, and present campaign results to stakeholders is preferred. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines are important. - A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
