Day-to-day tasks include setting out construction works, verifying elevations and alignments, preparing survey reports and drawings, and collaborating closely with civil engineers, designers, and site supervisors. The role also involves conducting site inspections, ensuring compliance with project specifications and local regulations, and maintaining proper documentation of survey results. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana, requiring regular presence on construction sites and coordination with project teams. **Qualifications** - Candidates should possess strong Land Surveying skills, including field measurement, data collection, and use of surveying instruments. - Candidates should possess Civil Engineering knowledge related to infrastructure, structures, and construction processes. - Candidates should possess Computer-Aided Design (CAD) skills for preparing and updating technical drawings and survey plans. - Candidates should possess Inspection and quality control skills to verify compliance with designs, standards, and safety requirements. - Candidates should possess Supervisory Skills to coordinate field teams, manage tasks, and support safe and efficient site operations. - Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field are preferred. - Experience in construction projects, familiarity with local regulations, and proficiency in survey software and equipment are beneficial. - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work on-site in varying conditions are important.
