This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career to develop their skills and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy in financial processes. ***Main Tasks:*** - Process and verify invoices for goods and services received - Match purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes for accuracy - Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions - Respond to vendor inquiries about payments and invoice status - Assist in reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies - Support the month-end closing process by ensuring timely invoice processing - Collaborate with colleagues in other departments to resolve payment issues **Qualifications** **Qualifications:** - **Minimum 2–4 years of experience** in accounting/finance, ideally in an Accounts Payable role - Higher education (preferred majors: finance, accounting, economics) - Very good knowledge of the English language – required - Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables) - Strong analytical skills and experience resolving complex problems - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Experience coordinating or supporting tasks within a team - Accuracy, reliability, and strong commitment to deadlines - **Would be a plus** : knowledge of one of the following systems: Oracle, Optima, or Symfonia (or similar ERP systems) - **Would be a plus:** Knowledge of German language **We offer:** - Work in a dynamically developing international company in the automotive industry - A regular employment contract with a highly competitive fixed salary - Openness to the implementation of new ideas to improve the company's operation - Friendly working atmosphere in a team focused on cooperation - Excellent professional development opportunities in a dynamic environment. **Additional Information** Additional information The place of work will be at the headquarters of AUTO1 Albania, Rruga Dritan Hoxha, Laprake and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
