SAP Basis Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Senior SAP Basis Administrator to join our dynamic team. You’ll work with cutting-edge technology solutions, helping our clients optimize their business processes and drive digital transformation. As part of our System Administration division, you will contribute to complex SAP infrastructure, migration, and transformation projects, supporting enterprise environments across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid landscapes. **Key responsibilities** - Manage SAP infrastructure architecture and deployment activities. - Handle the SAP software lifecycle, including patching, updates, maintenance, upgrades, and migrations. - Administer, monitor, and optimize SAP performance across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. - Troubleshoot and resolve performance and system-related issues. - Install, support, and maintain SAP systems and landscapes. - Support SAP system upgrades, migrations, and landscape transformation initiatives. - Participate in SAP transformation programs, including S/4HANA migration projects and cloud adoption initiatives. - Contribute to business migration activities, deployment planning, cutover execution, governance, and delivery processes. - Implement backup and recovery strategies for SAP environments. - Monitor system logs and performance metrics to ensure stability and reliability. - Coordinate with development and functional teams for issue resolution and continuous improvement. - Apply best practices for SAP Basis administration, system tuning, and operational excellence. - Document configurations, procedures, migration activities, and incident resolutions. **Qualifications** - At least 7+ years of experience as SAP SysOps, SAP Basis Administrator, or SAP System Administrator. - Proven experience in SAP migration, transformation, and delivery projects. - Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA migration programs, landscape transformations, and enterprise deployment initiatives. - Familiarity with SAP transformation frameworks and methodologies, including RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP programs. - Ability to understand client needs, define architectural frameworks, and contribute to Statements of Work. - Knowledge of Oracle and SAP HANA database architecture and administration. - Experience with SAP Solution Manager and system monitoring tools. - Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting. - Understanding of network protocols and system integration principles. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Flexibility to work across different environments and projects. - Willingness to travel for short, medium, or long-term assignments. - Fluent in Italian and English (B2 level or higher). **Nice to have** - Degree or diploma in IT, Electronics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. - Experience with SAP HANA, Oracle, and SQL Server databases. - Hands-on experience with SAP ERP, S/4HANA, HANA, and SQL Server environments. - Experience working on RISE with SAP and/or GROW with SAP projects. - Understanding of business migration, governance, deployment, and delivery processes within SAP transformation programs. - Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V). - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP in SAP environments. - Experience supporting SAP cloud migration and hybrid landscape strategies. - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. **How to Apply** **Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV to: careers@servicefactory.al** *\*Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.* Burimi: https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/view/4455096412/
