Accounts Receivable Specialist

We’re looking for an ambitious **Accounts Receivable** **Specialist** for our **client** in the **logistics industry** to join our growing team in Skopje. In this position, you will be assisting the Director of Finance in a wide range of accounting functions. The role is primarily responsible for receiving and entering payments into cieTrade, reconciling accounts, problem solving, invoicing customers and collecting on past due accounts. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable - Contact and request payment for delinquent accounts by phone and email - Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, and customer service - Monitor and reconciling Unapplied Cash Receipts - Maintain and track collection efforts - Invoice customers twice daily - Maintain Accounts Receivable inbox - Escalate past due accounts to Director of Finance **Qualifications:** - Excellent written and spoken English (C1 level or higher). - Basic knowledge of accounting principles - Ability to quickly learn and become proficient in cieTrade - Degree in accounting, business, finance, management or related field is preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication skills to collaborate with the client's staff, vendors, and leadership. **What we offer:** - Competitive base salary - Opportunity to work in a high-growth international business environment - Supportive team culture and collaborative work environment If you want to build your career in a friendly, supportive environment, apply now and join our team!
