This is an excellent opportunity for all AI Engineers to join us in expanding a global powerhouse and partnering with worldwide industry leaders to solve some of the most complex digital challenges. ### What would be your responsibilities if you join us? - Develop advanced GenAI workflows that can analyze and transform different types of legacy code into modern implementations - Create specialized prompting frameworks that accurately extract business logic and technical patterns from legacy systems - Implement language-specific parsers and analyzers that extract critical information from various legacy technologies - Build intelligent systems that decompose complex legacy patterns into equivalent modern implementations - Design rigorous verification frameworks that ensure 100% functional equivalence between legacy and modernized systems - Develop feedback loop systems that continuously improve transformation accuracy based on verification results - Collaborate with global team members and partner with teams working on complementary agentic solutions to create a cohesive modernization ecosystem ### There are some tech requirements that will make you stand out: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering. - 6+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering. - Strong proficiency in Python (experience with React.js is a plus). - Hands-on experience building AI agents / agentic workflows, including orchestration, tool integrations and productionizing POCs - Experience with ML model integration and operationalization is valuable - Experience designing and building RESTful APIs - Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture - Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) - Experience with Azure infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines - Experience with issue-tracking systems (e.g., JIRA) - Advanced written and spoken English ### Ideal candidate profile: - You think about AI systems and workflows, not just individual prompts - You're passionate about the practical application of GenAI to solve real-world engineering challenges - You excel at designing AI orchestration layers rather than just implementing them - You're experienced in remote collaboration across global, diverse teams - You enjoy cross-pollinating ideas between different technical domains - You thrive in environments that balance autonomy with collaborative innovation ### Ready to Join Us?
