**Albanian Linguist – Phonetics & Linguistics Specialist** We are seeking **one fluent Albanian linguist** with formal training in phonetics and linguistics to support an ongoing language evaluation project. The selected contractor will contribute expert-level linguistic analysis and evaluation over an extended project timeline.
