The intern will support the design, development, and evaluation of AI solutions that enhance Unita Worldwide’s platform and services. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business needs, researching AI approaches, building and testing models, and interpreting data-driven insights for internal stakeholders and partners. The intern will collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to apply AI techniques to practical use cases, help prepare documentation and presentations, and contribute to proof-of-concept projects. This internship offers hands-on experience in using AI to solve real-world business challenges within a global B2B environment. **Qualifications** - Strong foundation in Machine Learning and Data Science, with the ability to build, train, and evaluate models using common frameworks and tools. - Knowledge of Pattern Recognition techniques and their application to business and operational challenges. - Experience or coursework in Natural Language Processing (NLP), including working with text data and language models. - Interest in Consulting, with skills in problem analysis, stakeholder communication, and translating technical findings into business recommendations. - Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. - Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used in AI (e.g., Python) and familiarity with relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). - Ability to work on-site in Tirana, collaborate in a diverse team, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail. - Strong analytical thinking, written and verbal communication skills, and an interest in B2B platforms, digital ecosystems, or international business.
