**Role Description**
This is a contract role for an Asistente based on-site in Shkodër. The primary responsibilities include providing administrative support, scheduling appointments, organizing files, managing communications, and assisting with daily office tasks. The Asistente will collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations and may occasionally interact with clients to provide support or information.
**Qualifications**
- Administrative skills, including scheduling, file management, and keeping organized workflows
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with team members and clients
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle a variety of tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in standard office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing day-to-day issues
- Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; advanced education is a plus
- Fluency in Albanian; proficiency in English or another
