B2B Client Acquisition Business Partner

**Human First Summit 2026 | Remote | North Macedonia** We are looking for an experienced **Client Acquisition / B2B Sales Business Partner** from North Macedonia to support the commercial growth of **Human First Summit 2026** , taking place in **Barcelona** on **16–17 November 2026** . This is a private executive summit bringing together senior HR, People, Talent, Culture and business leaders from leading international companies to discuss leadership, trust, retention, employee experience and culture. We are looking for someone who already understands B2B sales, knows how to approach decision-makers, and is confident in building conversations with senior professionals. **What you will be responsible for:** You will identify and contact selected companies, speak with senior decision-makers, present the summit professionally, qualify interest, follow up, and support the acquisition of confirmed delegates and business opportunities. You will work directly with the founder and receive the needed materials, company direction, outreach structure and ongoing support. **We are looking for someone who has:** - Previous experience in **B2B sales, client acquisition, business development or delegate sales** - Strong English communication skills - Confidence speaking with senior executives and decision-makers - Experience with cold calling, follow-ups and closing conversations - Professional attitude and strong personal discipline - Ability to work independently and take ownership - Interest in international business, executive events and long-term growth This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone serious, commercially minded and ready to be involved in an international project from the early stage.
