B2B QA Engineer

**Senior QA Engineer** **Client & Product** Our client is building AI infrastructure for internal talent teams. Their platform uses AI agents to contact candidates by phone and WhatsApp, qualify them, schedule interviews, and hand over structured results into recruiting workflows and connected systems. They are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to take ownership of QA from the ground up. The role combines classic software quality engineering with the testing of AI-driven conversations, prompts, agent behaviour, workflow logic, and end-to-end recruiting processes. **Requirements** \* 3+ years of experience in software testing, QA engineering, or quality engineering \* Experience in a senior, ownership-focused, or QA lead-style role \* Experience building or improving QA processes in an early-stage or scaling product environment \* Strong experience creating and maintaining structured test cases \* Experience with test management tools or QA documentation platforms \* Experience with at least one test automation framework \* Practical experience with API, regression, smoke, integration, and end-to-end testing \* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and patience when investigating edge cases \* Interest in AI-driven, automation-heavy, or workflow-based products **Nice to Have** \* Experience with conversational AI, Voice AI, AI phone agents, or chatbots \* Experience with LLM evaluation or prompt testing \* Experience with Twilio, Vapi, ElevenLabs, or similar technologies \* Experience testing workflow automation systems, recruiting tech, ATS workflows, or CRM workflows \* Experience introducing QA or test management tools into a team **Conditions** \* Freelance / B2B contract \* Fully remote work Puna remote: Po Burimi: https://mk.linkedin.com/jobs/view/b2b-qa-engineer-at-hartleyco-4427320496
