Backed by more than 60 years of experience, a presence across 130 countries, 24/7 service expertise, and access to more than 3,000 trained technicians, they deliver innovative entrance solutions that keep people, goods, and businesses moving. **Responsibilities** - Execute structured outbound conversion activities toward existing service customers - Follow up on customer interest from digital, IoT, and hybrid service initiatives - Communicate the 2-1 value proposition, including reduced physical service visits, improved safety, better service availability, and more efficient technician resource use - Convert customer interest into signed contract amendments, digital service activations, or booked follow-up meetings - Apply a disciplined and repeatable conversion process to support scalability - Maintain professionalism, structure, and pace in all customer interactions - Document interactions, status, and next steps accurately in CRM or tracking tools - Ensure structured handover to BU Service Operations after contract conversion - Own customer conversion activities for the 2-1 digital services concept - Act as a frontline ambassador for ASSA ABLOY Digital Services and IoT-enabled service models - Follow approved conversion scripts, value propositions, and processes - Maintain high data quality for customer status, contract information, and decision-makers - Provide structured feedback on customer objections, concerns, and adoption barriers - Support continuous improvement of conversion playbooks, scripts, and process design **Qualifications** - **1-3+ years of experience in outbound sales, call center, inside sales, or KPI-driven sales environments** - Experience in B2B services, industrial services, energy, HVAC, elevators, building automation, digital services, or value-based solution selling is a strong advantage - **Fluent spoken and written English** with **required German language proficiency** ; additional **European languages are advantageous depending on market scope** - Relevant commercial, business, or technical education is advantageous but not mandatory - Strong outbound sales, commercial communication, and phone-based decision-maker engagement skills - Ability to explain service transformation, digital value, data-driven services, and sustainability value cases clearly and credibly - Comfortable working with KPIs, targets, CRM systems, digital sales tools, structured sales processes, and proven playbooks - Results-driven, resilient, high-energy, and motivated by achieving sales targets - Structured, disciplined, reliable, customer-focused, and value-oriented in sales execution - Collaborative, curious, pragmatic, and eager to learn digital services and evolving business value propositions **Job Overview** - Employment Type: Full time - Shift: Day shift, weekends off - Work Setup: Onsite, Skopje **Benefits** - Private Medical Insurance - Access to Sportmaster - Career growth opportunities - Global career exposure - Diverse and supportive work environment - Unlimited upskilling through Emapta Academy courses (Want to know more?
