📢 Job Opening – Bank Verification Coordinator (Bilingual in Spanish) **Kalaja Talent Consulting** is recruiting on behalf of one of our clients for the position of **Bank Verification Coordinator (Bilingual in Spanish)** . 📍 **Location:** Tirana 🕓 **Working Hours:** Monday – Friday | **4:00 PM – 12:00 AM** 🏢 **Work Type:** On-site Key Responsibilities: - Conduct funding verification calls to confirm merchants' information, terms, and conditions. - Verify merchants' banking history and account details. - Communicate with banks and merchants to ensure the accuracy of financial information. - Download, organize, and maintain banking statements and related documentation. - Format and analyze data using Microsoft Excel. - Maintain accurate records and organize documentation in the appropriate folders. - Perform additional administrative and verification tasks as required. Requirements: - **C1 level English** (written and spoken). - **B2/C1 level Spanish** (written and spoken). - Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred. - Previous experience in Customer Service, Banking, or Financial Services is an advantage. - Bank Teller experience is considered a plus. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
