Business Development Manager

We are looking for results-oriented **Business Development Manager** based in Albania to lead the expansion of our telecommunications partner network. In this role, you will be the driving force behind growing our local footprint, identifying new business opportunities, and building long-term strategic relationships with key industry players. What You'll Do: - **Network Expansion:** Identify, target, and onboard new partners, resellers, and enterprise clients across Albania. - **Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong, high-trust relationships with local telecom providers, call centers, and corporate partners. - **Product Promotion:** Drive sales for our core telecom solutions portfolio, including **VoIP, Enterprise SMS, Autodialers, and DID Numbers** . - **Market Intelligence:** Monitor local telecommunications market trends, regulatory updates, and competitive landscapes to identify new revenue streams. - **Pipeline Management:** Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and initial outreach to negotiations and closing deals. - **Collaborative Strategy:** Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Technical Support, Account Management) to ensure seamless onboarding and partner success. What We’re Looking For: - **Experience:** 3+ years of proven track record in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Account Management within the Telecommunications or IT/SaaS sector. - **Product Knowledge:** Solid understanding of VoIP architecture, messaging/SMS channels, dialer systems, and DID routing. - **Local Network:** An existing network of contacts within local enterprise businesses, call centers, ISPs, or tech companies in Albania is highly desirable. - **Skills:** Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. - **Languages:** Professional fluency in **English** and **Albanian** (both written and spoken) is required. - **Mindset:** Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
