**Shortcut is Hiring: Business Analyst (On-site)** **Location:** In Office **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM **(mandatory, no exceptions)** **Language:** Fluent English required, both written and spoken **Shortcut** is looking for an experienced **Business Analyst** to gather requirements, model processes, and turn data into actionable insights for stakeholders across the business. **Responsibilities** **·** Gather functional and technical requirements from stakeholders through interviews and workshops ·       Map, analyze, and improve workflows using tools like Lucidchart or Microsoft Visio ·       Query relational databases and structure data using SQL ·       Build formulas, macros, and financial models in Microsoft Excel ·       Build business intelligence dashboards using Tableau or Microsoft Power BI ·       Experience with ERP systems for financial and business metrics reporting is an asset **Requirements** **·** Minimum 3–5 years of experience in progressive business analyst roles ·       **Fluent English required — non-negotiable** ·       Strong stakeholder management skills — able to translate technical concepts into simple language for non-technical executives ·       Strong problem-solving skills — able to identify bottlenecks and perform root-cause analysis ·       Strong negotiation skills — able to balance competing priorities across departments to reach common goals ·        **Must be available Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM** **What We Offer** ∙ Competitive monthly compensation ∙ Stable, long-term contract ∙ Opportunity to work with international clients ∙ Supportive team environment To apply, send your CV to recruit@shortcut.al or apply directly via LinkedIn.
