Business Development Executive (BDE) – Email & Phone Sales **Role Overview** We are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) to manage and monetize high-intent inbound leads generated through automated email outreach. **This is not a VA role. This is a sales and revenue role.** You will be responsible for: - Managing sales inboxes - Handling objections professionally - Following up relentlessly - Booking and closing deals - Calling qualified leads when needed - Owning revenue from first reply to payment If you perform, this role can earn $1,000–$3,000+ USD per month. **Compensation Structure** - **Base salary:**  $500 USD / month - **Commission:**  Paid per closed deal (uncapped) - **Performance bonuses:**  Monthly bonuses for hitting deal targets Even 1 closed deal per month covers the base salary. Top performers will earn significantly more. **Core Responsibilities** **1. Inbox & Lead Management** - Handle replies from high-intent prospects daily - Respond clearly, professionally, and persuasively - Address objections related to price, timing, trust, and value - Maintain a clean CRM or tracking sheet of all leads and follow-ups **2. Sales Follow-Ups** - Follow up with non-responsive prospects consistently - Re-engage leads who said “not now” - Push deals forward instead of letting them die - Maintain urgency without sounding desperate or pushy **3. Deal Closing & Payments** - Guide prospects toward a decision - Send contracts and payment links - Collect payments and confirm deal closure - Coordinate internally once a deal is closed **4. Phone & Voice Closing (Important)** - Call qualified leads who request to speak - Proactively call high-intent leads who go silent - Confidently explain the offer over the phone - Close deals verbally when possible **5. Ownership & Accountability** - Treat the inbox like your own sales pipeline - Think in terms of revenue, not tasks - Take responsibility for results, not excuses **Required Skills & Experience** **Must-Have Skills** - Strong written English (clear, persuasive, professional) - Confident spoken English (neutral or globally understandable accent) - Sales mindset with closing instinct - Ability to handle objections calmly and logically - Comfortable following up multiple times without hesitation - Comfortable asking for the close **Technical & Workflow Skills** - Ability to use ChatGPT to draft, refine, and improve sales replies - Understanding of basic sales psychology and buyer behavior - Comfortable working with email tools and CRMs - Organized and disciplined with follow-ups **Profile We Are Looking For** This role is ideal for someone who: - Has done sales, business development, or closing before - Is motivated by commissions and performance-based income - Wants ownership, not micromanagement - Is comfortable working independently and taking initiative - Is hungry, competitive, and outcome-driven **What We Are NOT Looking For** Do not apply if you: - Are a VA or admin-only profile - Need scripts for every reply - Are afraid of sales conversations - Avoid follow-ups because you feel uncomfortable - Want a “safe” job with no performance pressure - Expect a high base salary without proving results **Why This Role Is Powerful** - You are not cold-calling random leads - You are speaking to  **people who already replied with interest** - **One deal pays your base salary** - **Strong upside with uncapped commissions** - **Direct impact on revenue** **This is a long-term role for someone who wants to grow with the company and be rewarded for performance.** Puna remote: Po Burimi: https://mk.linkedin.com/jobs/view/business-development-executive-email-phone-sales-at-skyray-ventures-4351099399
