This role is designed for professionals with an established employer network in the manpower, staffing, overseas recruitment, or immigration industry who can identify hiring opportunities, acquire employers, and secure international manpower requirements. The ideal candidate should possess strong business development experience, excellent commercial acumen, and the ability to independently generate business opportunities while building long-term employer relationships. **Key Responsibilities** - Acquiring employers with overseas manpower hiring requirements. - Building long-term relationships with companies hiring international talent. - Generate new business opportunities through your existing employer network and market outreach. - Conduct business meetings with employers to understand workforce requirements, hiring volumes, skill requirements, and deployment timelines. - Secure international manpower requirements, employer hiring mandates, and work permit opportunities. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with employers, business owners, HR leaders, recruitment agencies, and strategic partners. - Coordinate with the team for smooth execution of manpower deployment. - Achieve agreed business targets while maintaining high employer satisfaction. **Experience** We're looking for professionals who possess: - Minimum 3 years of experience in Employer Acquisition, Staffing, International Recruitment, Overseas Manpower, Workforce Solutions, or Immigration Services. - Hands-on experience in overseas manpower recruitment and immigration-related business development. - Strong employer connections in Albania and/or other European countries. - Proven experience in employer acquisition and closing manpower hiring requirements. - Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills. - Strong understanding of international hiring, overseas manpower, and work permit processes. **Compensation & Incentives** We offer both Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives and Freelance (Commission-Based) engagement models.
