**About Strattmont**
Strattmont is a specialist recruitment and talent solutions firm operating across the GCC and KSA markets. We focus on tech, fintech, and AI hiring — and we've built a reputation for speed, precision, and retention outcomes that actually hold. We use our proprietary AIEM screening framework, deliver shortlists in 5 days, and maintain a 97% 12-month retention rate. We're growing, and we're looking for a business development professional who can grow with us.
**The Role**
This is a hunter role. You'll be responsible for generating new client relationships, opening doors, and turning conversations into signed partnerships. You won't be managing job boards or processing CVs — your job is to build pipeline, build trust, and close.
**What You'll Be Doing**
- Identifying and prospecting target accounts across tech, fintech, and AI sectors — primarily in the GCC/KSA market
- Running outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate qualified discovery calls
- Leading initial client conversations and consultative discovery calls
- Positioning Strattmont's value proposition against transactional competitors
- Following up on warm leads and reactivating dormant accounts
- Collaborating with the delivery team to ensure what you sell is what we can deliver
- Maintaining clean CRM records and reporting on pipeline activity
**What We're Looking For**
- 2+ years of outbound sales or business development experience, with a verifiable track record of hitting targets
- Background in recruitment, staffing, executive search, HR consulting, or training and learning & development — we want someone who understands how talent decisions get made
- Comfortable selling a service, not a product — you know how to build credibility quickly and handle objections without a script
- Strong written and verbal communication; you can hold a conversation with a CHRO and not sound like a brochure
- Self-directed — you don't need a manager to tell you to follow up
- Familiar with outbound tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar)
