Meanwhile, identifying new, external sources for material needs as well as services providers, securing an effective supply chain through relationship building, price negotiations and risk management. **Key Responsibilities** - Gain and maintain in-depth knowledge of capacitors and filters production and the materials needed; - Lead the procurement process for new projects and ongoing serial production; - Prepare and send out RFQs to selected suppliers and collect offers in a timely manner; - Establish and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers and manage their operational performance; - Create, maintain, and monitor purchase orders in the system. - Coordinate with Finance, Warehouse, and Logistics for document and receipt accuracy. - Monitor the quality and delivery of materials and services supplied to ensure their compliance with specifications and uphold KEMET quality standards; - Communicate order status to internal stakeholders and proactively address potential supply risks; - Maintain up-to-date supplier and vendor information as well as generating purchasing reports and statistics; - Continuous improvement of the process and metrics related to procurement; - Support Sourcing and Commodity Managers in strategic procurement initiatives; - Uphold the highest ethical standards in all purchasing activities. **Required Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field - Minimum experience of 3 years in procurement or relevant field; - Proficiency in **Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint** , and **advanced Excel** skills. - Strong knowledge of **vendor sourcing** and **supply chain procedures** . - Excellent analytical and cost-analysis skills with ability to create financial reports - Effective negotiation and communication skills. - Personal attributes: **accurate, flexible, independent, responsible, and collaborative** . - Technical skills and competences: Oracle, Lotus or similar - Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities. **Location & Work Type** - **Location:** Ilinden, Skopje, Macedonia - **Work Type:** Full-time, site work - **Department:** Procurement Department - **Reports To:** Procurement Manager Macedonia and Bulgaria **What We Offer** - Working in an international and cross-functional environment within a leading global electronics company. - Opportunity for professional growth into roles in Inside Sales Department. - Training in company products, tools, and systems. - Continuous learning and development opportunities. - 1 full-course meal per working day. - Referral bonus program. - Organized transportation to and from work (Skopje, Kumanovo, Veles, and Sv.
