Commercial analyst - Entry Level
This role is based in North Macedonia.
TalkTalk Wholesale is pivoting to full fibre connectivity and is committed to take its Partners on the journey, unlocking profitable growth, whilst maximising value across the whole portfolio.
As a member of the Commercial Team, you will be at the centre of this transformation. You will work with key stakeholders across Sales, Finance and Product functions to support pricing propositions and cost processing across a range of products.
BAU activity for the role will include provision of pricing, query handling, monitoring and supporting Partner sales functions; calculating spend requirements, raising purchase orders and receipting services received, as well as delivery of ad hoc value-add projects.
**The team**
The BWS Commercial Team plays a major role in the shaping and structuring of sales opportunities, informing product strategy, maintaining the customer base and maximising value by using our market, regulatory, product and customer knowledge. We work alongside and support our stakeholders which include Sales, Finance, Product and Operations.
Our team ranges from Analyst to Commercial Director. We are mainly based out of our state of the art Soapworks building in Salford, however this role is based in North Macedonia. We offer a very flexible working structure between being home-based and office-based.
**Some of the key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:**
- Raise accurate purchase order requisitions, receipt goods or services received on the Dynamics system once approved
- Provide quotes for upgrades, regrades and changes to products as required by the customer, in line with company policy
- Query handling for pricing and other commercial opportunities
- Attend Opex Committee as Commercial representation when required, engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Supplier engagement, payment escalations, query resolution. Analysis of finance codes and periodic purchase order audit.
- Assisting or leading on commercial value-add projects, business objectives & key results
- Management, maintenance, implementation and adherence to ISO processes
Authority:
- Pricing recommendation within agreed parameters / Delegation Of Authority Guidelines
- Completion / review of spend data on a timely basis
- Submission of rate change requests into Commercial and/or Billing departments
- Security of information: financial, commercial, customer, product, systems
