1. **Team Leaders & Key Experts**
– Professionals with a strong track record in managing EU-funded projects, leading international teams and coordinating complex institutional assignments.
2. **Senior Communication & Public Diplomacy Experts**
– Specialists in strategic communication, awareness campaigns, media relations, digital engagement and EU visibility.
3. **Event Managers**
– Professionals experienced in organising international conferences, institutional events, stakeholder meetings and public outreach initiatives, including the coordination of local teams, suppliers and logistics.

**Our geographical focus includes:**

1. **Western Balkans:**
Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia.
2. **Eastern Neighbourhood:**
Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine.

We particularly value professionals who combine

Previous experience with EU institutions, EU Delegations or internationally funded programmes is highly desirable. Excellent command of English is expected, while knowledge of local languages is an asset.

**COMPENSATION & DAILY RATES**

The indicative compensation benchmark ranges from
**€200 to €450 per day**
, depending on the role, level of seniority, professional experience and specific project requirements.

Final rates and contractual terms will be agreed upon individually for each assignment.
